At Centre Line Surveys we recognise that this can be a very stressful and emotionally charged time for all involved. Sometimes, despite your best efforts, it can become possible for a boundary’s position to be called into question by you or a neighbouring party. We always recommend you maintain a dialogue with your neighbour, however challenging this can be.

A mutual agreement is by far the best outcome in these situations. Involving lots of people and pursuing a decision through the courts is a costly and time-consuming experience with few winners and lots of expense.  Much can be lost, over what starts off as a relatively small amount of land. Many people wish they could go back to a point before things had escalated far out of their control.​
