No two surveys are alike. Cost will depend on type of survey required, specification, location and size of the project. Ultimately, it comes down to how labour-intensive and challenging the surveyed property is and how much time it takes the surveyor to complete. How much does a survey cost?
Can I have a set of hard copies?
Of course! We no longer send out hard copies as standard to avoid unnecessary waste. However, on request we will have a set out to you as soon as possible. Please let us know upon instruction if you require hard copies and they will be sent out upon completion.
What is a topographical (topo) survey?

What are your opening hours?
We are open weekdays from 9am to 5pm. Your survey time will be arranged with you upon instruction. If you would like to come into the office to discuss the survey please make an appointment by telephone or email to make sure the relevant person is here to meet with you.
What is AOD?
AOD or ‘above Ordnance Datum’ is used to specify heights above mean sea level. We will confirm with you during quoting which grid and datum you would like us to use.
