With over 30 years of experience, we can produce a land survey at your chosen level of detail and scale, finished to a high presentation standard. We work not only across the U.K. but globally when required.
We use some of the latest in surveying technology including ‘robotic’ total stations, non-contact measuring, digital scanners and highly accurate GPS antennas for positioning and surveying. We use industry leading ‘digital terrain modelling software’ which enables us to produce highly accurate, edited plans and exported in most formats you may need.
With our software we can generate setting out coordinate schedules, cross and long sections through surveyed sites, area and volume calculations, terrain modelling and 3D models. We have a large customer base and our surveys are used and loved by architects, designers, engineers, landscapers, surveyors, professionals and private customers alike.
Our professionally drafted plans record the following key elements:
- Terrain levels (Above Ordnance Datum (AOD) or arbitrary)
- Contours provided at 0.5 meter (or other required) intervals
- Datum level on site
- Building footprint and ridge heights
- Utility services
- Adjacent property details
- Road and verge features
- Trees and vegetation
- Fences (types heights and condition
- Walls (types and heights)

We offer a range of industry recognised CAD file formats.
- 2D AutoCad DWG, DXF;
- 3D AutoCad DXF;
- CSV;
- PDFs of digital data.
